Living with a Premenstrual Disorder like PMDD can deeply affect not only those diagnosed, but also the people who love and support them. This panel brings together multiple perspectives to explore the realities of navigating PMDD in relationships. Together, they will discuss the emotional, relational, and practical challenges of PMDD, share insights from research and lived experience, and explore tools that can help partners and families better understand and support those affected.
Supportive Pilates for PMDD with Chandra
