Event Description:
Living with PMDD can make traditional New Year goals feel overwhelming or unrealistic. That’s why a Word of the Year can be such a powerful approach. Instead of rigid plans or pressure to be consistent, one word acts as a gentle guide you can return to throughout your cycle.
In this reflective and compassion-led session, you’ll explore:
Who you are outside of your symptoms.
What matters to you in 2026.
How to choose a word that supports you through the easier days and the more challenging ones.
You’ll leave with a word that feels grounding, adaptable, and truly yours.
Intended Audience: Perfect for anyone living with PMDD or PME who wants direction without pressure this January.
Hosted by: Laura Teare-Jones, PMDD and fierce women’s health advocate, and hormone & mindset coach.
A recording will be provided for all registered participants. However, live attendance is encouraged to allow for real-time reflection and facilitated support.
This session will not be added to the IAPMD Digital Download Library. Registration prior to the event date is required to receive access to the recording.
Thanks to the generous support of the Christina Bohn Foundation, we’re able to offer a limited number of complimentary tickets to help make this event accessible to everyone who wishes to join. Please reach out to events@iapmd.org for more information.
