Event Description: Living with PMDD can make socializing feel complicated. From managing fluctuating energy and emotions, to handling expectations, guilt, or the fear of “letting people down.” As the festive season approaches, these pressures can feel even more intense.
In this compassionate and practical session, we’ll explore how PMDD affects your social life and how to set boundaries that protect your wellbeing without cutting yourself off from connection. You’ll learn ways to plan for social events around your cycle, communicate your needs with confidence, and find balance between saying yes and honoring your limits.
Intended Audience: If you’re living with PMDD and find social life - especially during busy times of year - overwhelming or draining, this session is for you. This workshop will help you navigate social pressures with more ease, clarity, and self-compassion.
Hosted by: Laura Teare-Jones, PMDD and fierce women’s health advocate, and hormone & mindset coach.
This event will be recorded and a link will be shared with all who register.
Thanks to the generous support of the Christina Bohn Foundation, we’re able to offer a limited number of complimentary tickets to help make this event accessible to everyone who wishes to join. Please reach out to events@iapmd.org for more information.
