Inner Pause: A 4-Week Introduction to Mindfulness with Heidi Davis

Event Description: This will be a shared space for individuals with PMDD/PME to learn, practice, and grow together as a collective. Through teachings, shared experiences, and meaningful practices, we will be guided by principles of respect, inclusion, accessibility, equity, safety, and kindness for all beings, regardless of background or life circumstances. Each session is open to any and all levels of mindfulness practitioners - from those who have never meditated before to those who have been meditating for years.

Hosted by: Heidi Davis
Heidi is passionate about mindfulness, meditation, and somatic healing, as these practices have been life-changing. Through guidance and support, Heidi helps people to kindly and gently tend to their nervous systems, intentionally reconnect with their wisest selves, thus supporting them to show up more compassionately, courageously, and authentically. Heidi is a Certified Mindfulness Meditation Teacher (MMTCP with Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield) and a Somatic Practitioner (Somatic Experiencing trainee 2023-2026). She also works as a registered nurse and lives in NS, Canada, with her wife, Crystal, and their cat, Buttons.
