Together, they will discuss the emotional, relational, and practical challenges of PMDD, share insights from research and lived experience, and explore tools that can help partners and families better understand and support those affected.

Using controlled, evidence-informed movement and breath coordination rooted in the Pilates method, participants will engage major muscle groups while focusing on areas where tension is often held, including the neck, shoulders, low back, hips, and pelvis.
