Events
At IAPMD, events are more than dates on a calendar—they’re opportunities to connect, learn, and grow together. Whether expert-led webinars, live Q&As, awareness campaigns, or community meetups, each event is designed to inform, empower, and support individuals affected by PMDD and PME and the professionals who care for them.
IAPMD has been a trusted global resource for over a decade, offering evidence-based information and building a community across 100+ countries. Our events reflect that same commitment—creating inclusive, accessible spaces where questions are answered, stories are shared, and progress is made.
Check back regularly for upcoming engagement opportunities, or explore our event archives to revisit past sessions filled with expert insight and lived experience.

The Brenda Webinars - PMDD And The Partner
Living with PMDD can be incredibly challenging, not just for the individual but for their partner as well. This event, which will be co-chaired by Aaron Kinghorn (from Hope PMDD) and Chandra Skye (www.strollingskye.com) will explore the struggles faced by couples when one partner has PMDD and offer guidance on how to navigate these difficulties together.
PMDD can create significant strain in relationships, from mood swings and emotional volatility to physical symptoms that can disrupt daily life. We’ll dive into the difficulties that partners may face, including feeling helpless, confused, or unsure how to support their loved one during episodes. We’ll explore the emotional toll on both partners, the challenges of communication, and how to maintain intimacy and understanding despite the chaos.
Through real-life experiences, hearing from both a partner (Aaron) and patients (Nichole and Chandra) participants will gain practical strategies for coping with the emotional ups and downs of PMDD, strengthening their bond, and maintaining a healthy, supportive relationship.

Part 1 of this empowering workshop is designed to support you in better understanding your body. We will learn to identify hormonal phases, the role of hormones in our bodies, the systemic and historical limitations that necessitate self-advocacy, how to cycle track in an inclusive and whole-body manner, and how to use the data we gather during cycle tracking to best support ourselves.
We will explore how the hormonal cycle interacts with mood, sexuality, and emotions, and how shame, stigma, and dismissal may contribute to undue distress. We will explore practical pathways to body literacy, de-pathologize hormonal shifts, and co-create safe and affirming spaces for you to reconnect with your body on your own terms.

When: May 27, 2025, from 4 PM - 5:30 PM ET
Ticket Price: $20.00 + Eventbrite fees

Join IAPMD, Laura Federico, and Morgan Miller, in Part 2 of this supportive, practical workshop designed to help you decode your body’s patterns. We will explore how tracking your cycle can provide powerful insight into the hormonal shifts and emotional fluctuations that impact your well-being. We will get specific about ways to track PMDD symptoms to best evaluate your chosen treatment options and gain clarity.
You’ll learn to identify key biomarkers, understand the phases of your cycle, and discover how charting can become a tool for self-advocacy when navigating systems of care (and educating providers about your PMDD). We highlight how tracking can help pinpoint when the hormonal shift occurs which would indicate to you the start of PMDD symptoms in that cycle, giving you a longer runway to plan for support and care for your wellbeing.
