VIDEO SUPPORT GROUPS - for those living with PMDD and/or PME
Online groups can be great, but sometimes nothing beats talking face to face to others who understand. That’s why we have launched video support groups so you can easily connect with others in a safe, moderated environment.
The sessions are led by trained IAPMD peer support facilitators who have lived experience of PMDD/PME and want to help make the path easier for others.
Video peer support groups are provided free of charge from IAPMD - but you must book a space for each session you wish to attend.
