Advancing Psychological Interventions for PMDD: A DBT-Informed Treatment Model

In this session, participants will learn how integrating DBT principles through trauma-informed frameworks can support improved outcomes for individuals living with PMDD, across both individual and group treatment settings.

Upon completion of this webinar, participants will be able to:

  • Describe the theoretical rationale for adapting DBT to the treatment of PMDD.

  • Identify key DBT principles most relevant to PMDD and outline how they can be applied in clinical practice.

  • Recognize the role of trauma-informed principles in supporting those living with PMDD.
